Welcome to Mountain House Estate!  We're so glad you're here.  We're excited to tell you about the Estate.

What is Mountain House Estate like? We are rustic and elegant; romantic and playful; with both indoors and outdoor spaces. We offer many possibilities so that you can design your celebration, your way. For your ceremony there are both indoor and outdoor options, patio, lawn, and garden settings. Our unique Oak Tree Terrace site evokes magic over and over again.   Just wait until you see it! For your post-ceremony celebration you might host cocktails on the lawn or in the magnificent bar area, and dine alfresco on the patio.  Then you can dance throughout the evening on the patio or even indoors.

What does the site fee cover? The single-day rental site fee covers use of the venue including any or all of our ceremony and reception areas, the spacious ADA accessible 5000 square foot air-conditioned and heated event center with two awesome prep rooms with distinctly different vibes, an additional bedroom for changing, indoor restrooms, as well as the beautiful front pond and lawn areas, patio, and a caterer’s kitchen.

We also include tables and chairs to seat up to 150 guests, as well as other furniture items and decor for your use if you wish.

What about wine and other beverages? Bring your own wine, beer or spirits! There is no corkage fee - ever! For your convenience, our bar is equipped with both a wine refrigerator and a kegerator for beer.

How many people can you accommodate? For your ceremony, the lawn area will seat 250.  Oak Tree Terrace has built in seating for 200 with room to add chairs and/or stand.  The heated and air conditioned interior of the building can seat 150.

For your reception, 124 people can be seated at tables inside the Great Room, or 250 at tables on the patio or lawn.
