Marriott St. Louis Grand
Home

A discerning choice for your event, the historic Marriott St. Louis Grand offers elegant space for your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception and celebration of every size. Overlooking downtown Washington Avenue, our 1917 hotel, with 2 historic landmark ballrooms (Crystal and Statler) with floor-to-ceiling windows also has many other versatile rooms and foyers, custom catering and seating for hundreds of guests. It was previously the Statler Hotel, an icon of St. Louis, and continues to be a place to make memories!

The building exterior is Bedford limestone, tapestry brick and glazed terra cotta which artistically blends the past with present day. Paying homage to our rich history, the Statler ballroom includes unique architectural details of the original Statler Hotel lobby. It was celebrated as a work of "preeminent artistic merit" by the St. Louis Art League. Recent renovations have enhanced the hotel interior with modern amenities and stylish guest rooms and suites featuring plush bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi and scenic downtown views. During your stay you and your guests can greet the day with breakfast, grab lunch at our 8th Street Pantry, fuel up for a busy day at our full-service Starbucks® or delight your palate with contemporary American cuisine and cocktails at our signature restaurant, the Zenia Bar & Grille. And you can get in a workout in our bi-level, well-equipped fitness center which is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Our amazing and attentive Wedding and Events Team will ensure your big day and special events are flawless, unforgettable and bring your dreams to life.  Our Culinary Staff will work with to you to create menus that reflect your own special style.  Maybe there’s a family tradition passed down from generations you want to keep, or cultures you want to bring together in a special way. You may want to break a few rules or combine ideas to make it your own. No matter what you have envisioned, we’ll work to make it a reality.  Further to the two beautiful, historic and breathtaking ballroom venues, the Crystal Ballroom is located on the 20th floor, has spectacular views of the city and been the choice for memorable events for more than a century. The Statler Ballroom still features marble floors, two-story columns and vaulted ceilings from when it opened in 1917 and was the lobby of the historic Statler Hotel.

So, celebrate your love in historic elegance and modern comfort. Make your tradition a part of ours. You will be glad you said “I do” to the Marriott St. Louis Grand.
