Unlike other venues, the site (the Main House, the former paddock area as well as a separate field for parking in the middle of almost 600 acres of woodland and pastures) is available to you from Thursday afternoon until Monday at noon. During that time, you may opt to use the site for a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, brunch or any combination of those. The choice is yours. However, as you would be booking for, and essentially blocking out, the entire five days, we do not offer a smaller package. 

The Main House (which you can see on the site) has 6 bedrooms (sleeping up to 16), 3-1/2 baths, a family room with a fireplace (as well as satellite tv and wi-fi), a large living room (with another fireplace), a dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and large wraparound porch from which to enjoy the wonderful view. If you have friends who would like to camp out, they may do so in one of our fields. 

We do not include catering, music, a tent or portable toilets but can arrange for those or guide you to local vendors. Electricity and water are both available from the former stable in the paddock as well as outlets along the fence. 

There is a hill to the side of the paddock area (which offers an additional wonderful view) on which many couples have held their ceremony, moving down to the paddock for the reception. As the farm sits on on top of a mountain, there are no "quiet hours". You may celebrate as long as you like. Additionally, any of your guests may camp out in one of our fields.

 

Our farm lends itself to both large and small gatherings.
