Monarch Essentials LLC is a Sierra Nevada foothills handcrafted skin care business. We grow most all of the plants/herbs used in our products. Organically grown, then harvested and infused into organic and pure oils; we create lotions, creams, salves, balms, sprays, and ointments for all your family needs.
   Bill and Maggie are the owners with 80+ years of gardening experience combined. Being a Naturalist/educator for 40+ years, we want to give back to our Community. By establishing our gardens as a Monarch Waystation, and working with Monarch Joint Venture our goal is to educate people in the conservation of monarch butterflies and their habitat. We are expanding our gardens to include a large area for milkweed and other California Native pollinator plants. We also hope to be working with Monarch Flyway in their project to create a sustainable harvest and distribution of showy milkweed.
   Please, join us at the Mariposa Butterfly Festival in Mariposa, and at the Sonora Farmer's Market Saturday mornings in Sonora, and the Twain Harte Mountain Air Market, Thursday evenings. Both in Tuolumne County.
