I grew up in a home where entrepreneurship was a hobby. My mom was a business owner while my dad worked for the corporation of all corporations; the government. I lived the drastic contrast between solopreneur and corporate expectations and quickly realized that all successful small businesses become a corporation at some point, making these two contrasts actually quite similar.

This sparked a passion in me for constant growth and researching what set companies apart from the rest. What was so unique about those that thrived versus those that crumbled?
