Dr. Maria T. Gresham is an expert in HR Management, the Employee Lifecycle, Leadership, Business Strategy, and Operations.  In her quest to serve humanity, she has served in various local, national, and global roles as Business Consultant, HR Leader, and Operations Director for Fortune 500 companies and Non-profits organizations. Dr. Gresham holds a BA in Psychology with distinction in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior and Business Strategy – both from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Further, she has a degree in Medical Billing in Coding from Carrington College.

Dr. Gresham is recognized as an expert in designing, developing, and implementing HR processes and leadership programs where the outcome is an improved work environment and engaged employees. She is an HR Professional enabling lines of businesses to attract, develop, and motivate high-performing talent who will successfully execute the business strategy.

Knowing that creating opportunities for success should be proactive and strategic, aligned to the needs of the business and supportive of individual employee development, Dr. Gresham has helped many organizations to recruit, develop, and retain some of the brightest minds over the course of her 20 years' of experience in education, healthcare services, information technology, consulting services, and human resources.
