Fudging Around is a Cottage Food Operations that makes homemade fudge all inspired by the creative mind of owner Michael Monaghan.   We are a small owner/operator business.   Due to Michael having gluten allergy, the operation is a gluten free kitchen and allergy aware.  We use no marshmallow fluff  or corn syrup in our fudge,  All our chocolates are Ghirardelli chocolate based and slow cooking of the chocolate.
