From there, the company expanded its operations to Dallas, Texas, further solidifying its presence in the market.

Ryan Barord, a recent MBA graduate, joined the team early on and has since led the Manufacturing team with tenacity and a commitment to excellence. Stephanie Wirthman also came on board around the same time and has played a crucial role in driving efficiencies within the Procurement team.

As the business continued to grow throughout the decade, John recognized the need for someone to oversee day-to-day operations at their new facility in Dallas. This led to the hiring of Tim Birckbichler as Controller.
