Founded in 1953, the United Way of the Klamath Basin has been dedicated to strengthening our local community by providing critical support to needy individuals and families. With the generosity of the Klamath Basin community and our network of 15 local partner agencies, we mobilize resources to create lasting social change. Our mission is to enhance lives through transparency, efficiency, and community-driven initiatives, ensuring that every dollar raised directly benefits those who need it most.

It consistently maintains one of the highest per capita giving rates and the lowest administrative costs among all United Ways in Oregon.
