Ace Bolt & Screw Co., Inc. was co-founded on July 1, 1969, by friends Randal and Tom, who moved to Mississippi with the vision of starting a fastener company. Following Tom's passing in 2003, Randal acquired his partner’s share of the business. Since then, Ace Bolt & Screw has evolved into a third-generation family-owned enterprise, with Randal’s sons, Randy and Mike, and his grandchildren now part of the team.

In July 2007, Ace Bolt & Screw expanded with the opening of its first branch in Tupelo, MS. As the company grew, so did its aspirations. In August 2017, Ace Bolt & Screw extended its reach into the Southeast with the opening of a second branch in Atlanta, GA. That same year, the Jackson, MS, flagship location underwent a major remodel, adding 3,000 square feet of space and a wide range of new products. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company opened a new location in Gluckstadt, MS, in 2020, followed by a new store in Richland, MS, in August 2022. Additionally, a new warehouse facility was established in Laurel, MS. Plans are underway for a new storefront in Greenwood, MS, in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. With an exceptional team of dedicated employees across all locations, Ace Bolt & Screw is poised for continued success.

With over 50 years of experience, Ace Bolt & Screw has become one of the largest fastener distributors in the Southeast, enabling the company to offer competitive pricing to its customers.
