He's led dozens of financial and cultural turnarounds, refocused teams, and restructured companies to maximize individual strengths.

Prior to founding his consultancy in 2018, Clay successfully built his company, Southern Hearth and Patio Inc., to a national brand, earning numerous industry awards over nearly 20 years. He sold Southern Hearth and Patio in 2017, and the company continues to thrive to this day.

A US Navy veteran with distinguished service in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Clay brings a unique blend of military discipline and business acumen to his coaching practice.
