The mission of the Taylor LEAD Foundation is to empower youth and women across Idaho, particularly those from historically underserved and marginalized communities, by providing them with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to achieve their fullest potential. Through scholarships, leadership development, and community engagement, we aim to create pathways to success in education, athletics, and life. By supporting both young people and women in their academic, athletic, and professional journeys, we are building a future where individuals have what they need to lead, inspire, and contribute to their communities.

We believe that true empowerment comes from opportunity, guidance, and access to resources. Our work is rooted in the legacy of Alice and Charles Taylor, who instilled in their children the values of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of giving back. Through the Taylor LEAD Foundation, we honor that legacy and extend it to the next generation, helping to cultivate a mindset & culture of leadership, resilience, and excellence in those who may otherwise be overlooked.
