The Heritage Senior Communities are proudly managed by Heritage Property Management, Inc., a family-owned and operated company, based in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Founded as Arthur Reenders Construction in 1946, the current owners are second and third generation. In 1957 Arthur’s sons Howard, Arnold and Robert joined the business forming A. Reenders Sons, Inc.

In 1990 Howard was joined by three of his children: sons Dennis and Scott, and daughter Shirley Woodruff creating Reenders, Inc. and Heritage Property Management, Inc.

Members of the third and fourth generations now work for the business and are posed to continue in the family tradition.

The motto of our founding father, Arthur Reenders, “I won’t build or own anything I wouldn’t live in myself” holds true today for the present owners, more than 60 years later.

Heritage Property Management, Inc. operates in conjunction with Reenders, Inc. in the development, construction and management of quality and affordable housing options. Over the last 25 years the family has focused on providing quality senior housing and licensed assisted living.
