The Bulletin was established Aug. 11, 1866, as the Plumas National (later changed to Plumas National Bulletin, May 16, 1892) subsequently changed to its present name May 7, 1931, with which was merged in Plumas Independent (1892-1945) on June 7, 1945.
Company Overview
A family of six hometown weekly newspapers covering Plumas and Lassen counties.
Each newspaper is independently edited for its own community with local pictures and features every Tuesday in Lassen County and every Wednesday in Plumas County.
Combined, all six newspapers reach more than 60,000 readers in Plumas and Lassen counties.
