Series One: Planning

Planning is the first step to a successful business and the first step in participating in the Passion to Profit Launch Program. During this series, you will complete the following for your business:

1. Mission/Vision Statement 
2. SWOT Analysis (for you & your competition)
3. Target Market Identification
4. One Page Business Plan
5. Start-up Costs Estimation
6. SMART Goals

This series is required to move on to Series Two: Business Foundation. This class is held on January 11 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the IWBC Nampa office.
