Series Two: Business Foundation

Every business needs a solid business foundation. In this series, IWBC staff and resource partners will support you in completing the necessary steps to open your business. You will leave with the following items completed:

1. Understanding of LLC vs. Sole Proprietor
2. Registered Business with Idaho Secretary of State
3. EIN Filed
4. Business License Checklist
5. QuickBooks Account Creation

Although this is a free class, participants must bring funds to cover the cost of registering their business with the Secretary of State. The anticipated expense is $120;
all other completed items have no fee.
