Promptly at 4pm on 100 Block Kent St (Opera Block) ~ Guests collect numbered snowballs to redeem for prizes or discounts at your local businesses before the parade!!
Age Divisions:
2-6years (can be accompanied by parent)
7- 11 years
12-15 years
Adults 16+ (blue snowballs)
