As we discussed, the predominate rate increase went into effect in July 2023. As you may be aware, Liberty submits a General Rate Case to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the CPUC ultimately approves or amends the proposed expenditures requested by Liberty and they then set rates accordingly. Here is some of the supporting information with regards to this most current rate case.
